About Us
Where this all started.
Athletes spend years learning what many never have the privilege to learn. We believe sport shapes character, builds community, and opens doors that nothing else can. That's why we started Ripple Affect.
The Team
The people doing
the work.
Paralympic swimmer. Founder. And someone who has never forgotten that his success belonged to every person who believed in him before he believed in himself.
Jack was introduced to adaptive sport at 9 years old, and it set the course for everything since. He became the first athlete with a disability to qualify for state swim meets under able-bodied standards in Illinois and Colorado, and went on to represent the United States at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
